WF60: License Offline Activation

Pre-Requisites

• A. The FlexNet .lic file provided by PHM Technology. The file must be valid and linked to the HostID provided to PHM Technology.
• B. The MADE software has been installed on the end-user's machine.

Detailed Steps

1. Launch the MADE software on the end-user PC. If the MADE license has not been activated, the MADE License Finder dialog will appear.
2. Select 'Select FlexNet' under FlexNet Licensing.
3. Browse and select the .lic file provided by PHM Technology in Windows Explorer. The file must be linked to the correct HostID that was provided to PHM Technology during the License request.
4. Confirm that the license details displayed match the issued license:
   • Holder: The name of the holder.
   • Organization: The name of your organization.
   • Country: The country of the organization.
   • Issuer: The organization that issued the license to you.
   • Expiration Date: The last valid date for the license, applicable to Subscription Licenses only.
   • Maintenance End Date: The last valid date for maintenance, applicable to Perpetual Licenses only.
5. Select 'Finish' to finalize the process. The MADE License is now activated, and the MADE License Finder dialogue will close, allowing access to the MADE software.

• Step 2: Select FlexNet — Same "MADE License Finder" landing dialog as WF57/WF59: Cloud Licensing (RECOMMENDED) / FlexNet Licensing (LOCAL SERVER / OFFLINE, "Select FlexNet" button) / "I don't have a license yet".
• Step 4: Browse for the FlexNet License file — "Configure your FlexNet license" page: "Network Server License" section (Name/Host/Port fields, Add button, "Saved License Servers" table) OR "Local File License" section — field "Browse for a FlexNet license (*.lic) file..." with "Browse" button. After browsing, the field populates with the selected path (example: "C:\Users\Sam\MADE Example.lic"). Click Next.
• Step 5: Confirm License Details — "License validated successfully" — "MADE is now running on FlexNet licensing. You can start using all licensed features." "License details" panel: Holder (e.g. "PHMT Testing License"), Organization (e.g. "PHM Technology Pty. Ltd."), Country (e.g. "AU"), Issuer (e.g. "PHM Technology Pty. Ltd."), Expiration date (e.g. "March 31 2028"). Click Finish.
