3.4 Maintenance Association

The Maintenance Association shows a graphical representation of the cost and time delta of maintenance actions for each failure path in a summarized format. This page can be accessed by selecting the second tab "Maintenance Association" on the left column of the Back-Fit RCM editor. This page contains two sections:

• Maintenance Action Association: displays all failure paths based on the failure diagram created, the current and proposed maintenance actions, and the duration, downtime and cost deltas.
• Maintenance Action Assessment Summary: Bar graph representation of each of the delta values for the failure path selected.

3.5 Generating Back-Fit RCM Reports

A Back-Fit Report can be generated for all maintainable items and their failure paths that have been analyzed in the Back-Fit RCM editor.

To access the report:

1. Select Report > Report Wizard from the main menu
2. Select the Back-Fit RCM Report under the Reliability-Centered Maintenance category
3. In the Back-Fit RCM Selection page of the report wizard, select the checkbox for maintainable items with Back-Fit RCM analyses
   • Note: Enable the "Hide Back-Fit RCM Maintainable Items" option to hide/show maintainable items that are not enabled
4. Go through the remaining pages (Report Body Customization, Cover Page — Organizational Details, Run Report), or select Finish to generate the Report
