Environment Page (Advanced Properties Editor)

The Environment page is accessed from the advanced properties editor and is the

second tab on the left. This page is used to designate the baseline environment of the

system - this information is used in RAM analyses such as Maintnance Cost Analyses

(MCE).

The page consists of several sections, namely:

• Environment Details: Shows an environment field, a select icon which opens a dialog for the user to select the appropriate environmental profile, display for environmental profile ID & Category, and a text editor to describe the selected environment.
• Environment Impact Chart: Shows a chart listing environmental factors (y-axis) against relative impact of factors on the system (x-axis).
• Environmental Factors: Shows a list of environmental factors and their associated ratings.
• Environmental Factor Details: Shows fields for a selected environmental factor including factor, display name, rating and narrative text editor.
