FMECA - Maintainability Combined (MIL-STD-1629A)

This FMECA report is a combined report documenting failure data, criticality, and

maintenance information. The report is based upon the MIL-STD-1629A standard and

combines the FMECA (MIL-STD-1629A) and FMEA Maintainability Information (MIL-STD-1629A)

reports. Failure Modes are listed for each item in the system model that leads to the

selected End Effect with additional fields capturing failure predictability and

compensating provisions.

Analysis Options

The user sets the end effect item according to the expected system output required

by selecting an element from the provided end effect item list followed by selecting

the "Set End Effect Item" button or from the system model, followed by

selecting the "Next" button. (alternatively, right-click on a selected item

in the system model and select "End Effect Item" from the menu).
