Failure Conditions

This dialog page is accessed from the Failure Diagram by right-clicking a failure

concept and selecting "Failure Conditions" from the menu.

This dialog page allows user to specify which Failure conditions to be applied to

faults or failure modes. Users can select multiple Failure Conditions and also provide

an explanation in the narrative box below the main table.
