FMECA Maintainability Information (MIL-STD-1629A)
The Failure Mode Effects and Criticality Analysis-Maintainability Information
(MIL-STD-1629A) or FMECA-MI (1629A) report is based on the MIL-STD-1629A standard.
Specifically the report is based on Task 103, Figure 103.1 "FAILURE MODE EFFECTS
AND CRITICALITY ANALYSIS MAINTAINABILITY INFORMATION". The report lists the
Failure Mode for each item in the system model that leads to the selected End Effect.
This report depends on functions, flows, failure diagrams (if provided), detection
methods and criticality (severity classification).

Analysis Options
The user sets the end effect item according to the expected system output required
by selecting an element from the provided end effect item list followed by selecting
the "Set End Effect Item" button or from the system model, followed by
selecting the "Next" button. (alternatively, right-click on a selected item
in the system model and select "End Effect Item" from the menu).

including page size, orientation and a customizable page footer.
