Operating Environment Comparison Report

The Operating Environment Comparison Report presents a comparative analysis of a two

or more selected Operating Environments in terms of the differences between their

Environmental Factors. The report will include an overview of the comparison and an

associated Environmental Loading Factor (i.e. change factor between the Environments).

Outlined are the conditions described in each Operating Environment and a comparison

between An Operating Environment is described using Environmental Factors that may act

within that Operating Environment. Each factor will have been assigned a weighting

consistent with its magnitude within that Environment and a written narrative

qualifying/justifying that weighting.
