FMECA (HRI, PHMT)

The Failure Mode Effects and Criticality Analysis (Hazard Risk Index, PHMT) or FMECA

(HRI, PHMT) report is based on the HRI criticality method defined in ABR-6303, tailored

by PHMT for the MADE application.mThe FMECA (HRI, PHMT) report lists the Failure Mode

for each item in the system model that leads to the selected End Effect. This report

depends on functions, flows, failure diagrams (if provided) and criticality data.

Analysis Options

The user sets the end effect item according to the expected system output required

by selecting an element from the provided end effect item list followed by selecting

the "Set End Effect Item" button or from the system model, followed by

selecting the "Next" button. (alternatively, right-click on a selected item

in the system model and select "End Effect Item" from the menu).

Report Body Customization

The next page following Analysis Options will help define the report formatting

including page size, orientation and a customizable page footer.
