FMECA (MIL-STD-1629A, Custom)

This FMECA report is a composite report based upon the MIL-STD-1629A standard with

additional fields capturing qualitative failure information. The report lists Failure

Modes for each item in the system model that leads to the selected End Effect with

additional fields capturing failure predictability and compensating provisions.

Analysis Options

The user sets the end effect item according to the expected system output required

by selecting an element from the provided end effect item list followed by selecting

the "Set End Effect Item" button or from the system model, followed by selecting

the "Next" button. (alternatively, right-click on a selected item in the system

model and select "End Effect Item" from the menu).
