Mission Effective Functions List (MEFL)

The Mission Effective Functions List or MEFL report is a PMHT report that details

the components for a capability in a Mission Profile Definition. The report includes

Mission Objectives, a Time Profile, Key Mission Parameters and a Mission Analysis that

details the functional importance and required items for each capability.
