FMECA (HRI, Custom)

The Failure Mode Effects and Criticality Analysis (Hazard Risk Index, Custom) report

or FMECA (HRI, Custom) report is based on the HRI criticality method defined in

ABR-6303, tailored by a customer for a MER process. This report is a variation on the

standard HRI report that uses a unique Item ID and Failure Mode ID system, adds a

mission effects column and identifies whether items should be carried forwards in the

analysis process based on a criticality threshold.
